The founding partner of the law firm is advocate JUDr. Ľubomír Lukič. He is considered to be an IT& IP expert thanks to his extensive experience in resolving intellectual property and domain disputes as well as providing legal advice for companies working with innovations, technologies and intellectual property. During his professional career he attended lots of courses focused on the area of IP& IT. He is consultant and lecturer at the European Information Society Institute o.z. (EISi) - an independent non-profit organization based in Slovakia which focuses on the overlap of technology, law and the information society. He acted as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Center for Intellectual Property and Information Technology (ACIPiT). Nowadays, he is a head and expert of the Arbitration Center for Alternative Domain Dispute Resolution.
